3 families were left homeless after this 3 alarm fire on Summer St which started around 5pm. Co's arriving were met with heavy fire conditions rapidly extending to all floors.Fire was finally brought under control 2 hours later.Watch for full video in my Volume 18.http://www.providencefirevideos.com
