He discusses his latest role as rapper/actor Alpa Chino in the new Ben Stiller comedy Tropic Thunder and working with Robert Downey, Jr. who plays an actor so dedicated to his character that he has his skin chemically dyed to resemble that of an African-American. Nov 21, 2008 - Im black, and to be honest i dont give 2 shits, 3 dams or 4 fucks about this. I loved Robert Downey Jr. in Iron Man and he took his acting skills further in Tropic Thunder. I saw TT the day it came out in theatres, and i will not lie something in me was daring my "Inner Blackness" to find at least 1 small thing Downey Jr did that would offend me and after the movie was over i had no choice but to commend Downey Jr on an AMAZING PERFORMANCE. He deserves an OSCAR for this. Point Blank.
