My first Video from GTA4 PC. I had to scale back almost everything to run it on my PC (8800GTS 320MB, C2D E6600, 2GB RAM, Vista SP1). The weird speckled shadows/textures appearance is constant in game. I'm hoping for a driver update or game patch to fix this very very soon!
